My name is Rob Caldwell.
I’m living the dream right now. I have a wife, two kids and a mortgage. I also have a job that helps me pay for said mortgage at an aircraft parts distributor called Wencor. I’ve been there over five years now; they even gave me a little plaque to commemorate that accomplishment.
Sweet.
I am also starting a business called “Statesman Ties”. I’ve been in the “starting” mode for a long time now (almost six years). So, my goal is to have it up and running before December 1st, 2010. (That date keeps changing…this better be the last time.) [It's now December 17th. I've missed the date, again. I will be getting my first shipment of ties around January 1st, 2011. After I get them, it's on! 
] I have a lot of other ideas that I post here time to time, but, as my wife says, “One business at a time!” :)
I’m into social media and marketing. I really like fitness and sports. I love basketball. Baseball games, when you’re there, can’t be beat.

This is a cool blog! I like “Jake’s Shakes” idea. It would be fun to share a giant family sized shake. Deciding on one flavor for the fam could pose a problem though. I also like using the things Jake is passionate about for the theme. Love ya!
